F -- Face the truth: We need to face the truth of our fears. When we face what scares us head-on, we can challenge it. Remember, the unfortunate events which we live in fear of happening, do not need to happen.
E -- Erase negative imprints: Many times, our fears stem from our own negative past experiences. We need to be mindful that unfortunate events from our past, are not taking us hostage today.
A -- Allow change: Most of us by nature are afraid of change. We fear that change will somehow disrupt our lives. Even if we know we’re in a rut, we can find ourselves taking comfort from the familiarity of that place.
R -- Relax: Fear can be the accumulation of too much stress or extended pressure in our lives. We need time out to relax, take a breather, and do something nice for ourselves.
